Capital Insurance Group (CIG) is the holding company into which both Capital Life Insurance Company Ltd (CLI) and Capital General Insurance Limited (CGI) consolidate.

CIG is a PNG wholly owned company providing life and general insurance products to individuals and the corporate market.

In 2006, the Board of CLI completed a strategic review of the company and its future direction. As a result of that, it was identified, that the opportunities to grow lay more in the General Insurance field.

CLI has been committed to a strategy of reviewing its total operations to ensure that the service we provide is second to none. That review has been focused on the whole insurance process, with a particular emphasis on creating a speedy and efficient claims service.
